I'm looking for a quote for a BER assessment to be done on a 1960's 3 bed Semi-D with a garage conversion, added wet room and kitchen extension done about 20 years ago.
First double glazing done c.1984 - several still in place. Second upgrade done on new extension, garage and wetroom and upstairs bathroom only, when extension was installed.
Attic has insulation (may need replacing) and new smart meter. Located in Perrystown, Dublin 12.
We are looking to go for an SEAI grant to improve the energy efficiency.

BER Rating Semi detached house. Gas fired heating at the moment, in the middle of a build but have completed attic insulation so need a BER. Also need a pre-requisite BER for completion of windows grant application.
attic insulation (and storage flooring) who are SEAI approved (for grant purposes)? The attic in question is converted so it is the eaves that needs the work. Have been advised against the foam insulation and to go for the wool type

I’m looking to get a BER certificate for a 2-storey detached house located in Dublin. The key details are as follows:
Year built: Aprox 1950s (extensively retrofitted in 2019)
Floor area: approx. 110?m²
Wall construction: Solid 200-150mm Brick and Block Wall with 100mm internal PIR insulation, plasterboard finish
Roof: Flat roof with 100mm internal PIR insulation
Floor: Solid concrete floor with 150mm PIR insulation and underfloor heating (150mm PIR sits on top of old floor and below new 150mm concrete slab with underfloor heating)
External Windows and Doors: Triple-glazed throughout
Heating system: Modern SEAI-registered gas combi boiler with time & temperature zone controls smart system (installed in 2019)
Hot water: Provided via the combi boiler
Ventilation: Natural
There’s no secondary heating or renewable systems. Airtightness has not been tested.

Mould above window. removal plus source, 3 bed house , semi d, its on the gable end above side window, we got cavity wall insulation yrs ago but no holes seem to b open , got windows done a few years ago also, need price to stop mould at source, tx
BER Rating Remortgaging and the bank want a BER cert. house only has attic insulation and a good boiler, nothing else so will not benefit me getting a cert for loan interest rates. The bank are just insisting on it.

SEAI Grant for solar panels. 5 bed dormer bungalow built 2008. Kedko x wood pellet boiler. Consumming approx 3 Tonnes pellets per year. Also have a stove we burn turf for extra heat,no back boiler. 50 mm cosey board plasterboard all outside walls. Attic rafters also fitted with 70mm insulation foam boards.
Mould damp issue above window, gable end of terrace house. we got cavity wall insulation 5 yr ago but no holes outside house. Looking for cost to get src of damp mould?
