..had PV Solar installed and would like to get an updated BER. House is a bungallow, 4 bedrooms, previously had walls pumped and attic further insulated. Subsequent to this, and the received C3 rating, we had an infra red survey carried out and upgraded all windows and glass doors to more modern specs as well as closing the only open fireplace (replaced with build in and sealed 'stove' like burner).
