..an updated BER cert for my house. Ive had a solar system installed and I need to get a BER for the grant application. The house was originally a B1 rating (96.41 kWh/m2/yr) but now has 5.16KW of PV panels on a south facing roof, with a 45 pitch, and no shading. That is the only change to the house.
